Despite the desire of the common man for a peaceful co-existence between different religious and ethnic groups, strife between such groups continues to this very day.
　People in the world similarly have long been hoping to assimilate water with oil, and accordingly energy researchers around the world have been researching and experimenting in their efforts to develop this technology in collaboration between industry, academia and government. Although the oil industry and its related industries have long been trying to assimilate water with oil and in the process spending tremendous amount of human resources and funds, those trials have never been successful to this day.

　We believe that this dream will be realized due to the efforts of Mr. Susumu Inazawa, who, following in the footsteps of his teacher the late Shouichiro Tominaga, completed Tominaga's scientific research, itself the result of forty years of painstaking work.

　Alfred Nobel brought forth an epoch with his success in the commercialization of dynamite, which was invented by 　Ascanio Sobrero in 1846 after twenty years of research, and brought drastic changes to the world.
Mr. Inazawa labeled the late Tominaga's invention as "Non-Pollu Alphax" in 2008.

　Looking back at epoch-making events in the past:
● The term "Industrial Revolution" was reportedly coined by Louis Auguste Blanqui in 1830 to denote changes in society and economy due to the technological innovations in England during the eighteen through to the nineteen centuries. Taking charge of this opportunity, England is said to have held real control over the lands where law materials can be supplied abundantly.
● As for the industrial revolution, in the beginning technological innovation took place in the field of light industry, and this became known as the first industrial revolution.
● The next innovation took place in the field of heavy chemical industry, causing the second industrial revolution.
● Subsequently, we call this period in which nuclear energy is being used as "the third industrial revolution". However, due to overconfidence in nuclear technology and its immaturity, there have been many serious accidents such as Three Mile Island in the U.S., Chernobyl in Ukraine, and Fukushima in Japan, these man-made disasters have taken lives and caused catastrophic and global environmental damage for today and for the generations to come.

　We have a mission given to us to make the most of those new technologies which permit us to husband rapidly exhausting natural resources, thereby contributing to a movement which is praised as the "Energy Revolution".

　We have developed the production system for "Non-pollu Alphax" which renders possible the assimilation of oil with water due to the special properties of this Non-pollu Alphax additive, thereby creating a cleaner energy and so contributing to mankind. Given the above, we proposed to call this year "the First Year of the Energy Revolution" as of the beginning of 2011.

　We would like to promote this as a "dream resource" and call it "OILYU", for it is in the vanguard of the global environment cleanup and resource saving movement which we are all seeking. We want this innovative technology to spread like wildfire throughout the world, bringing a multitude of positive benefits to people everywhere.
　The Kyoto protocol" appeal to the world was issued to people everywhere as the emergency issue of concern about global warming in 1997. We want those major polluters such as China, India, the United States, EU, and Japan to keep it in their minds that the conduct of trading CO2 emission for money is just a zero-sum game on earth. Under any circumstances the major polluters should take this situation seriously and implement their policies accordingly.

　Then prime minister of Japan, Yukio Hatoyama, committed himself to reach the target of a 25% reduction of CO2 emission by 2020 in comparison with the level of 1990 at the UN General Assembly in 2009. This remark was a challenge to the nation and its people. The Japanese government asked its citizen to close ranks, for the whole nation regards its prime minister's commitment as their own promise thereby becoming a real ball of fire and desire to keep its promise and that's the only way to win a nations' and peoples' complete confidence. This causes the Japanese people to each feel a strong sense of responsibility and a desire to accomplish, which in turn forces technical innovation in Japan forwards, the future of Japan will be brighter, and a powerful state will be built

　The "OILYU" we have developed is versatile in its use and thereby enabling reduced oil consumption drastically. This would prove to be an open sesame to an increase in disposable income of people in the world and shed a bright light upon peoples' lives. If it is possible for us to restore the Earth, I believe "OILYU" will help to make peoples lives more enjoyable by increasing personal wealth as the fourth industrial revolution.

　The solemn oath we have sworn is really grave and we are responsible for increasing the quality of lives for the people in the world and leaving a beautiful earth to our descendants by our constant efforts. We should turn the COP Conference into the place where people can feel a happy and wonderful in complete solidarity regardless of their nationalities.

At close, we would like to send the message about our challenge out to people in the world; and toward a future COP Conference to come that has the support of all mankind.

　It was entirely due to Singapore government's understanding and efforts that our "Non-Pollu AlphaX" could take the first step in Asia after forty years of hardship and we greatly appreciate what the Singapore government has done for us.

　Lastly, we would like to give thanks to god for giving us such an opportunity through his care.

　With this I will conclude my proclamation.
